Design and analysis of wide and multi-bands multi-input multi-output antenna for 5G communications

A <span>good antenna design has played an essential role in the of wireless communication systems, international companies are looking for best that suits their products terms size, bandwidth, gain, cost, and performance. In this paper, three models designed fifth-generation (5G) communications, first model is a single antenna, second two-ports multi-input multi-output (MIMO) third four-ports MIMO antenna. The geometric dimensions 20×37×1.6 mm<sup>3</sup>, 44×37×1.6 while 74×44×1.6 mm<sup>3</sup>. these antennas was based on latest strategies small sizes operating from 13.5 to 20 GHz wide multiple bands be compatible with all advanced devices. Based results emerged, it noted reflection coefficient (S11) < -10 dB better isolation between ports -26 dB. While envelope correlation (ECC) value 1.036×10<sup>-9</sup>, diversity gain (DG) 10 All proposed operate ultra-wideband (UWB) which very necessary 5G communications devices.</span>
